Cannabis Delivery in Fort Myers
Delivery matters more here than the map suggests. Fort Myers runs a long way along its corridors, and the difference between a store on Daniels Parkway and one on Bayshore Road is most of an afternoon.

What that list is, and what it isn't
Every entry above says on its own website that it delivers. We checked each dispensary individually, because assuming a chain behaves the same way everywhere turns out to be wrong here: two brands deliver from one Fort Myers store and not from another a few miles away.
A dispensary missing from that list hasn't necessarily refused to deliver. Some told us plainly that they don't, and some published nothing either way. Those are different situations and this site keeps them apart.
- Some say plainly that they don't. A few stores answer the question directly in their own site's data, and one goes further by pointing customers at its sibling stores that do deliver
- Some say it is coming but not running yet. That wording has a shelf life and is worth a phone call if it decides anything for you
- Some are served from a different store. One brand runs deliveries into this area from a location other than its nearest one, so you can get a delivery even though that shop doesn't send it
- For some we could not establish it either way. Several run the same e-commerce platform, whose pages discuss delivery in general terms on every store in the chain. A generic mention isn't that shop telling us it delivers to you, so we record nothing
How medical cannabis delivery works in Florida
Delivery is a normal part of the Florida program and not a gray area. You order from a licensed dispensary, and the same rules apply as they would in the store.
- Your card and a matching photo ID are checked at the door. Not having them to hand is the usual reason a delivery fails
- The order counts against your state supply limits exactly as an in-store buy does
- The patient or their registered caregiver has to receive it, and the name has to match the card
- Delivery areas, fees, minimums and lead times are each dispensary's own to set, and they change. We publish none of them, because a figure printed here is one you would plan around and then find wrong
Common questions
Delivery, like everything else here, needs a Florida medical marijuana card. Lee County has a large share of the state's certifying physicians and most of them practice in Fort Myers.
Delivery areas, minimums and hours change without notice, and a dispensary can start or stop delivering without updating its website. Confirm with them directly before you rely on it.
If we have a dispensary's delivery status wrong, the corrections page explains how to tell us. A correction from the business beats anything we can find.
